Bob Stewart

Founding Partner and Principal Consultant

Bob Stewart is one of Construction Change Partners’ founding Partners and Principals. He performs implementation management and data conversion services for construction firms migrating to new ERP applications.

Previously, Bob founded First Capitol Solutions, a construction IT consulting company focused on ERP software assessment, selection, and implementation. His past experience includes work with CMiC, Viewpoint, Penta, Great Plains, and Profitool ERP products, with an emphasis on project and account management. During his 16 years in the ERP software implementation field, Bob has held senior management positions with Penta Technologies, Profitool, and Quilogy (in the firm’s Great Plains practice). His responsibilities included account management, project management, data conversion, and application support for implementation projects. Additionally, he provided research and needs analysis and proposed solutions for various software enhancements related to the implementation effort.

Prior to his career in ERP consulting for construction companies, Bob was a Project Cost Technician and a Divisional Controller for Smith Environmental Technologies (formerly Riedel Environmental Services), an environmental construction and remediation firm. Bob graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an emphasis in Accounting. He currently operates out of St. Louis.
