Tom Levandoski is a Senior Consultant and Business Development Manager with Construction Change Partners. Tom has over 30 years of experience in IT the construction industry, providing consulting services and technologies to non-residential and residential construction companies, including Heavy Civil and Heavy Industrial Contractors, Construction Managers/General Contractors, Homebuilders, Trade Subcontractors and Master Planned Community Developers.

Services Tom has provided include: IT strategy and planning, system gap analysis, systems integration, implementation planning and support, and evaluation of advanced technologies for use in construction and vendor negotiation/contract review.

Product knowledge areas include Construction ERP (CMiC, JD Edwards, Profitool), Project Management and Scheduling, eProcurement and Supply Chain Optimization, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), advanced cost accounting, equipment fleet management and GIS-based integrated data management solutions. Tom also specializes in additional product knowledge in Marketing Automation and Sales Force Automation as it pertains to Master Planned Community Developers and Destination Resort Operators.

Experience

Tom's experience includes working with large international Construction Management firms on projects such as EuroDisney, Canary Wharf, Petronas Towers and other Southeast Asian/Australian projects.

Education

Tom graduated from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and holds a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy. He works out of Denver, Colorado.
