Involved in a variety of Information Systems consulting projects exclusively with clients in the construction industry.  Projects and roles include:

• Vendor Analysis based on an understanding of the clients’ needs relative to the functionality of software packages.
• Project Management support, including coordination of resources, status meetings, and schedule updates, to software implementation projects.
• Development Assistance of process tools/documentation for the lifecycle of a project from needs analysis through product testing.

• Managed employee development process for 30 to 40 Staff and Specialist level consultants focused on the implementation of PeopleSoft, Oracle and J.D.
