Certified Timberline Consultant
1997 – 2008

• Provided services to Solution Provider for sales and support of Timberline Software. Timberline Software is an ERP system written for 5M- 100M construction companies. Client base includes more than 55 construction companies in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, 35 of which included installations and conversions.

CCB, Inc. – Accounting Information Systems / IT Coordinator
1993 – 2007

• Responsible for all Information System and IT functions.
• Managed the installation and conversion from legacy accounting system to Timberline ERP system.
• Designed and implemented a customized time entry/work order program for field operations that interfaces with accounting software.
• Started a Maine-based Timberline Users group, serving as President for two years.
• Additional duties include assisting Controller in all financial reporting, analyzing trends, costs and revenues, assisting in audits, customizing reports and developing recommendations to improve financial, managerial and technological systems.

FP & CH Murray, Inc. – Full Charge Bookkeeper
1992 – 1993

• Duties included general ledger analysis and reconciliation, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, processing transactions with CMAS on an IBM System36, cash management and all payroll functions.
